Who processes your data

The controller of your personal data is InnoGrocer s.r.o., Company ID 22097708, registered office Jeseniova 1725/125, 130 00 Praha 3, Czech Republic ("we"). For any question about your personal data, write to info@innogrocer.com.

What data we process

When you contact us through the contact form or by email, we process the details you send us: your name, company, email, phone (optional), area of interest and the content of your message. For business partners we also process the work contact details needed for our communication.

Why and on what legal basis

• To answer your enquiry and follow up on it – based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• When we are discussing or already have a business relationship – to conclude and perform a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to meet legal obligations such as accounting (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we never sell it.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your enquiry and the follow-up communication, and no longer than 3 years after our last contact. If we enter into a contract, we keep the data for its duration and for the periods required by law.

Who has access

Your data is accessed only by our team and by the IT service providers who run our website and contact form (Wix.com), our email (Google) and font delivery (Google Fonts). Where data is transferred outside the EU, this is based on an adequacy decision of the European Commission or on standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

This website runs on the Wix.com platform, which uses its own technical cookies to operate the site and measure its performance (for example bSession and client-session-bind). We do not use any marketing cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Just write to info@innogrocer.com. If you believe we are not handling your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
